Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you bring home. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it right — with friendly, no-stress exchanges and store credit.

The quick version

  • 14 days to request a return from the day your order is delivered.
  • Returns are issued as a store credit or an exchange (subject to availability).
  • We do not currently offer refunds to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Sale items, accessories, and special-order items are final sale.

What we need from you

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any stains
  • In original condition with all tags attached

Items that don't meet these conditions can't be accepted — we want every Curated piece to reach its next home in the same beautiful condition.

Need a different size?

Exchanges are our specialty. Email us and we'll do our best to swap you into the right size based on what's available. If your size is sold out, we'll issue store credit so you can choose something else you love.

How to start a return

Email info@shopcurated.net with your order number and a quick note about what you'd like to exchange or return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
